RR1 is strategically placed in between DLI and Mi6 tenements is good enough to build takeover premium into SP. My opinion of 5C is based after reading well researched information both historical and current information provided by @roblun and other well respected posters.Already some drilling work carried out by previous owners and some assays were reported earlier. Their focus on metals may be different but the tenements have proven resources.That is why I think 5c is reasonable bargain basement price. Hopefully the current assays will confirm the historical data! My opinion only . Please DYOR.
