i actually remember a few years back i forget wich company it actually was but they were drilling for lithium and ended up with very poor results that were deep down so not viable to mine, BUT, on that list it turned out they had hit a rare earth called cesium if i remember and niobium in high grades at the same depth so when the ANN first was announced everyone just did a quick scan over it and thought it was rubbish (duster) so as they do for the first half hour of trading it was getting sold down bigtime but after that the smart ones read through it carefully and realised what they had was extremely viable and valuable. so over the next week or so it went from 3c to 50c and then the company was taken over and bought out. The ones that sold made a huge mistake because they didnt read through it carefully and thought that the main prize is spod but its not.
Also if i remember there surface samples showed no niobium and it was completely unexpected to hit such good grades.
