I can guess what happened. During dot.com bubble burst many IT companies were bought out and reincorporated by changing their direction to mining . Most likely this happened here too but old owners were paid for giving up their company. In a way win win situation. Floating companies is a very expensive business. To get around this , they buy worthless companies and change direction. If RR1 finds the stuff (most likely) the companies is transformed into something big. That is worth the risk for the promoters. We are part of it. We invested in mining reasons . So forget about IT investments. That is why the current management adding more and more tenements to create value. Most of the holders who sold out at the peak , my guess is , old owners. If RR1 finds something and taken over, we all will be laughing.
