Shareholders where provided with information about the companies patented technology re the decision. Seems to relate to this patent here

Question this shareholder has,which he will also put to RR1 is when RR1 acquired 100% of REEcycle Inc what ownership/or rights to work the technology did RR1 receive in regards the issued patent which has been/or was assigned to UNIVERSITY OF HOUSTON SYSTEM, Houston, TX (US)?
