So far from what I have seen displayed both on REEcycle Inc web in their newsroom at https://www.reecycleinc.com/newsroom is clear reference to Reach making a strategic investment through REEgenerated Pty Ltd,in you would think REEcycle Inc - rare earth element recycling business. What "consideration" Reach got in return for investment via REEgenerated Pty Ltd does not seem to be mentioned anywhere I have looked. All I currently see is information as to Reach being promised an involvement with REEcycle Inc technology. Was their a contractual arrangement in place that Reach gets something existing like rights to work a particular IP etc in return from the option holder? Reach involvement with REEcycle Inc IP is spoken about everywhere but even off REEcycle Inc web I cannot seem to find mention of the issued patents they are relying on which hopefully Reach has some sort of contractual arrangement with after taking up part of option.
