    I assign zero value to recycling bit. I think it is just a deal to avoid floating costs. The guys who got the money put some of it it back into RR1 by taking up shares. They might have sold some of those shares when RR1 sp was rising. This is my guess. I can be totally wrong. Please DYOR.
