The thing is if you have a Rare Earths mine, the best ones are the ones that have Dy, Nd, Pr and Tb, high basket value of Heavy and Magnet Rare Earths, from drilling to FS, BFS, Demo Plant that will produce Mixed Rare Earth Carbonates, to bring to production usually takes 7-10 years but if you can recycle, spent magnets from wind turbines, electric car engines and electronics it's a much quicker process to bring into the supply chains.

Europe has now in place that 1 out of 4 Rare Earth products 25% has to be recycled from spent Magnets/Electronics by law.

So if you have this technology it will come into play sooner rather than later between 2025-2030, first player advantage.

If you can show the process and it works then you can have recycling in place in all parts of Europe and REECycle is situated in the US and also it's ex-China, just what The Department of US Defence is looking for especially when you can produce Rare Earth Oxides (Heavy/Magnet) which is used in electric Motors, Guidance System, Lasers, night vision, Stealth Fighters and other Military Weapons, hardware and Submarines, very early stage in recovery of rare earths, just needs to go into commercial scale
