That means they still have to get a Mine Closure Plan approved AND an actual Mining Proposal before they can even begin to move towards Gold production. The Blue Heaven will need a full Pit Design (not the 45 degrees conceptual pit they have touted so far) and all approvals, including Stake Holder engagement with locals. Have you seen how close it is to the Roadhouse and residents? You can't just start blasting with that proximity. They also have no water. No water, no mine. If you understand mining in WA, take a hard look at the Statutory Appointments they would need to employ...two Resident Managers and an Electrician as bare minimum. Then you still have to find a treatment solution. Even toll treating will need to be approved...waste rock characteristics, transport costs etc etc. The Blue Heaven is, in my opinion, at a bare minimum $8 -$10 million and 2 years away from production, IF RR1 can get approvals and bring in Contractors. That's why it hasn't been turned on. With their current financial situation, as reported, and no successful mining experience under their belts as a team, I'm hoping a bigger player will swoop in.
