The bright green is Cervantes Gold lease holdings and the blue are the people in the warden case he mentions (just an FYI).
As their beef / disagreement is with what seems like the old (Cervantes) management (prior to JB), I am not sure what the purpose of coming on here a week prior to a hearing is for.
RR1 management both current and prior (like all company BODs) is to protect SHs interest and to grow the company wealth. JB from my experience is very approachable and our Non-executive Chairman Robert Downey is a respected Barrister / Lawyer, so if there is a legal beef I would say it is with reference to protecting RR1s interest. Coming on here certainly won't help PFMs cause.
Interesting though is that if there is so much bad blood why would PFM even reference RR1 on their own website.
Any director of a company and especially one going into a court case would be very silly to start commenting on a public forum and in what could be perceived as slandering the company that you are going up against. Hoping it gets sorted though for all concerned.
