Why 1.7 cents specifically - and if you are that keen to top up at 1.7, which I assume you think there is a strong upside, why wouldn't you derisk the lost opportunity cost and top up at 1.9? Even if it only runs to 3 cents it doesn't really matter whether you bought at 1.7 or 1.9 but if it runs before it drops you are out of luck.
