with the previous large Royal bank of Canada deal(they are very large)it got up around 5-6cents but then they pulled out of the deal after being in for a while. the Tier 1 bank in US will be doing it's homework and 9SP have been saying negotiations have been progressing for over one year already.

this company struggled to raise capital at the end of 2018 - google it. the share price has been kicked around quite a bit in the last 18months.

they have not claimed the Microsoft and Visa deals to be material but the spikes in SP have been significant.

hopefully they have turned a corner. a capital raise is coming and they will be desperate to get the deal signed before then or risk the CR really diluting value.
