Agree, but if management doesnt give a progressive outcone of the deal, then its a big question, personally i be lieve it should be good to think and reconsider, but iam left now to identify how long i should wait

All depends on the capability of negotiators with bank to materilise the contract
Keep in mind banks have their own IT and data analyst teams, as long as spokes can effectively add their value in proposition to cost, banks will never sign if they are on the last day on the deal
