It's possible that it could drift down from 2 to 1...but I assume many of us would jump on such a chance. I'm personally not risking trading this, I have made a personal valuation on where this should be when it's completed and consider everything in-between then to be noise. I suppose only if the market priced this above where it should be at nameplate before nameplate but I don't think that level of exuberance would happen. That would be mental.
