More on share. Even 50% wouldn't make ANY sense. Why would you give away at least 50% and then issuing new shares plus suffocating company with hundreds of millions of loan. Giving up such a significant share assumes something extraordinary from JC. What they'll bring on board to get 50%, 2.5 bln worth of project, not to mention long term value. Financing DFS ? ARL has spent same amount on drilling. Cheap loan ? Loan is not company money and needs to be payed back. Giving away billions of dollars and on top of that suffocating itself with big burden of loan ? Better sell this 50% to JC and get 2.5 bln, no issuing shares, no loan, SP will skyrocket and still get share of project. Plus heavily loaded with cash, they can develop other hubs by themselves.
