This is what I wrote when the news of sale dropped.
My feelings haven't changed.
Will be looking at an exit strategy now. Have been concerned for a while about the potential sale of Springdale as I have said here some time ago. I don't see this as a good deal. There is no cash component that can assist with furthering the other projects. Selling off of IG held shares can happen without shareholder discretion. Death by a thousand cuts! ST in my belief is never going to be a big money maker. Will pump SP on announcements at best. Barraba is still 6 - 12 months away.(WTF happened to the air mags)NT projects without funding is 2 years out.(if not dead in the water) So sad today. Spingdale i would suspect is being sold at or around cost.For me, 3 years of wasted time.
