thats why i'm not selling a single share yet. this "deal" would have been sorted before the new board members even arrived. isn provides someone with deep pockets an opportunity to make a killing. everything is set up they just need some $. kind of like a resource company sitting on a chunk of valuable dirt but no money to get it to production.
