    I'm a bit confused. The MDL announcements claim that MDL has zero debt, but the TiZir joint-venture has a net external debt of $317m of which MDL is a 50% stakeholder. $280m is due in September 2017, so if MDL does not hold any part of that debt, who does and where is the money going to come from?

    Maybe I'm missing something here......
