all I can say is bod 1, bod 2 and so far bod 3 have failed on the marketing/promotional parts. Bod 3 still has time to redeem themselves but the other 2 just wasted time and weren't able to convert.

Agree wth most you say.
But not regarding there is no capping due to the low volume.
The capping is so easy because the is no volume.
