This stock has some great things going for it. Very disciplined with the cost base, Cobra are signing up huge numbers of new accounts and plenty of untapped markets (provided they can lock in the wholesale contracts).

Great to see its cashflow positive too.

Biggest negative for me is the current funder (Fortress) who get some pretty significant payments depending on the number of accounts signed up at the end of the term (up to $5mill). Obviously this is on top of the negotiated interest rate.

These guys could be the Jetstar equivalent for AGL or one of the other big operators with a little more scale.
