• Increasing development activity has RFE’s Mississippi Lime operated inventory at 16 wells with production currently circa 1300boepd (@66% oil) by our estimations, which will at least double this CY.
• Results from State 1-13H (50%), Warburton 1-23H (61.5%) and Mawson 1-3H (100%) are expected this month as well as 3 new completions planned for January.
• RFE’s participation in non-op horizontal wells is expected to increase this year as activity continues to increase to the east of the Nemaha Ridge.
• We understand early results to be encouraging and early flow rates are anticipated shortly.
• Some of the non-op activity will also include Woodford oil shale tests, commencing this Q; this will be significant in terms of alluding to the potential for additional layers of development within RFE’s acreage.
