Jimbo. I can never pick the current sp, all i can ever do is project where i think it should be going and why...and give reasons that might turn out right or wrong...

Take the AUT sale which was approx $100k per current flowing boe
Well that could possibly imply SEA at approx 5800+ right now and soon to be 9000+
Is worth $580M right now which is less then current share price but 900M in Dec which is 27%up on todays share price....
But for me whats radically changed is the ability to sustainably and rapidly grow that value with what i perceive as much lower risk.
Im more looking at whats it worth in December onwards as a takeover....
Take Dec 2015 and even if they attain only a 5000boepd growth in the year whats it worth ???
at 140000boe it is in my opinion worth 1.4B as a takeover which is 100% up on todays share prices...

If however they continue to improve well results and EUR's then they might attain 16-18000boe and if they did that your now in the league of possibly 1.8B which is 254% up on today...

Im buying for the future value not todays and im viewing todays value plus the growth as my fall back position...

I suggest applying these types of metrics and if they all paint a similar picture of the direction and gradient of the share price then i go on that ...

So far using my multiple variations they all seem to point in the same direction and i am positioning myself for that...That doesnt rule out getting side swipped by bad results, a share market correction with a badly timed taker offer , the price of oil dipping as the usd rises, Russia etc etc...

This is not low risk, but then nothing is...
