binbin, I've read about those re-ratings that were thought to be imminent time and time again for at least half a year now. They NEVER materialized. The stock price did NOT run away from us. Completely ignoring this track record people keep predicting another re-rating for whatever reason. I noticed that you joined this group and that's why I was addressing you as well as others. The list of names was incomplete, that's right.
However, the facts remain. Before the stock price can go up, we MUST see significant improvements on the operational front. Production must approach name plate capacity and if it does not, the share price will go nowhere but down since any day without such news means an increased probability for yet another cash raising due to lower than expected revenues, booked at a later point in time. CNQ doesn't have plenty of cash and can not continue on a cash flow negative basis forever without milking shareholers for the third time in about a year.
It is one step after another and the very first step to be taken is getting production up and running. There is no alternative to that. 4 months after production start we're still waiting for this to happen.
