    re: appt. of russian distb. It's easy to say "we have appointed someone" especially when no names are given. Could mean almost anything...

    Today's announcement is just market hype. No facts, no figures. Just akin to mass media dribble!

    Obviously not working though as market did not recogize it as anything special.

    Needs more substance...
