Funnily enough there are just as many plastic ops in latin america as in the US. So fda approval will be good but not explosive.
The interesting markets for plastic surgery are the old soviet union and asia especially china.
There is a lot of plastic surgery in singapore/thailand/hong kong and this should transfer over to china as the chinese median wage rises.
