Does anyone else think that the 2019 Annual report due in...

    Does anyone else think that the 2019 Annual report due in September , will be the start of a re-rating on CTP ? There will only be 6 months of the good stuff in 2019 Financials, but to my way of thinking Institutions will wait until they have the report in their hands before committing serious dollars.
    CTP would be on their radar screen , but given the huge turnaround in this company, they will be hesitant before green lighting it.
    This is the only explanation I can come up with for the poor SP response given the company changing events.
