So in short, what does this mean for the average stockholder of MON?

Will we be re-allocated a number of stocks (at a greatly reduced rate) once the refinancing deal is completed?

How does this work? Do the stocks simply appear on say your etrade account again, or is there some process / application that must be followed to claim the right of your existing MON stocks?
