dappa T of course the shares are borrowed to settle the trades but they still have to be covered. I believe there are several traders shorting Imu which makes there shorts very unstable as you saw in late Nov when we rallied off the 10ish fib support back up to 13.5 in 3 days while short interest collapsed. So it did matter! Now as we are approaching the old support low around 10 we have a major divergence in price and short interest. Short interest has taken out the old high by double while price hasn’t taken out the 10ish area of support. My premise is if this area of support holds we could see a sharp rally like we saw back in Nov. It’s just my trading opinion and we will know if I am wrong very soon.
