One thing that is troubling me with this stock is if results are imminent on the trial, and a potential offer is being laid on the table. Why are the board members not buying like crazy. I look on marketindex.com.au and all i see from recent buys from the owners is that Leslie Chong spent 4k on options obtaining approx 98k of shares on the 22nd December 2020. Paul Hopper spending 33k on the same day for options obtaining 827k of shares.
If any buy out is imminent or in the making surely they would be going nuts accumulating as much as they could prior to any potential sell out.
Am I missing something here?
