Footmax, they are already in negotiations and have certain price expectations independent of the current valuation. Yes, a pharma could come out offering 15c per share. And of course some would be happy to let go at that price. But management combined have a big enough stake to prevent a compulsory acceptance. And as soon one starts the others would jump in. So, the best option for pharma to get their hands on the drugs and for IMU to stay in control are partnerships.

Eckstein is busy as the negotiations are ongoing. Each time IMU achieves a new significant and so far - unheard of - milestone the deal value increases. The better the data, the higher the price. The lower the side effects, the higher the price. The more stream lined / faster the pace of FDA approvals the higher the price.

Other options for big pharma to get their hands on IMU are the 2 old fashioned ways, buy on / off -market or try to lure IMU into another CR to get a 10-? % stake.

The current sp does in no way reflect the value but that's how the AUS-market works. If you trust management then buying at these levels will pay off very handsomely soon.

Remember everyone, when an offer drives the sp far up then many wished they had bought more when cheap. It is still cheap.
