PH may be the CEO of CHM, but LC is the CEO of IMU. So it's not like he has to manage both companies. PH is known for being a part of multiple companies at the same time. Who knows, he could already be lining up someone for the CEO position of CHM, once they get positive Phase I results.
LC and PH are not going to let IMU go easily or cheaply, otherwise neither of them would have bothered with acquiring the oncolytic virus.
