Have you ever seen any examples of a Big Pharma actually buying shares on market in a predatory fashion??

Mostly they would pick up an initial 10 or 15 % holding ,or whatever, via a share placement as part of a deal arrangement and collaboration to commercialise a new drug in partnership. If/ When the latest data looks strong enough and they want it badly enough they just make an outright cash offer for the company. 100% premium to market price is not uncommon.
Entry stake on ph 1or early ph2 data readout, takeover offer at a much later stage depending how it all pans out.

At this stage, with no trial data for Pd1Vax or Cf33 how could they possibly put a fair value on it, and how could we as shareholders or the board of directors accept any offer for the entire company??

Personally i believe it is a fund or trading insto and not Big Pharma responsible for the algorithm trading, trying to hold it down whilst building a big a position as possible without having to pay up.

So for now we are at the mercy of the weakest shareholders willing to offload their shares for peanuts at this level and giving the insto what it wants... liquidity at a low base. No doubt on more data, a licence deal or massive re rate event, the same thing will continue to happen but around the 20c mark, then again and again at higher levels until its game over. Sigh... if only the weakest holder didn't exist!!

Did you say a value north of 500 Billion minimum??!

Let's just put that in perspective for a second... the market caps of Roche , Glaxo, Novartis combined !!!

    Or from another viewpoint,
using an historical average P/E ratio of 17 times.... we would only need to achieve recurring annual earnings of $29.4 Billion

So if HerVaxx can produce just half the annual sales of Herceptin, ( despite being much safer ) and PD1Vaxx can produce half the sales of Keytruda, then CheckVaxx and Vaccinia combined, the Cf33 big daddy of all cancer assasins, can match Pd1Vaxx.... total annual sales could be in the vicinity of
    3 + 6 + 6 =$ 15 Billion annual sales. Apply the P/E of 17....^&%$@!

A long way to go, but appears from here the downside risk is 1 to 2 cents with the upside reward measured in $$$$ depending on your level of optimism and time frame.
