I think it depends WHY the consolidation is made as to whether or not it will have a negative effect.

When penny dreadfuls consolidate, the SP often takes a dive. But when quality companies do it, it can have a positive effect on the SP.

LOL ... I know we cant compare, but the last comapny to consolidate was CDU .... LOL - Different animal.

In the case of TOX we will have a tightly held, profit-making growth story, & if they declare a dividend, then it will be even better.

With a current SP around 11-12cents & a zillion shares on issue, TOX has no credibility. I actually think it is a positive move by the directors that are looking to move the company forward, and attract different types of investors & instos on to its books.
