The way I see it, this way they can purchase the amount of shares they want without affecting the share price.
I have seen this multiple times across different stocks and usually it's not an implication of pending announcements. Besides, the amount being bought is too small for the buyer to achieve any significant gains.
My theory is that the bot would belong to a fund/insto that is just adjusting adjusting the average price of their holding in ISN and would not signify any impending large purchases.
I am jealous though. If I did that, my brokerage would be through the roof!
