Many of the long-term holders would like to top up but we have allocated all our funds already.Some,like myself,had been over-confident about the SP.Now I accept that such a large project takes time to organize.The 'ink on the page' has to be underpinned by good working relationships with all stakeholders:that's what they are developing at the moment.
Now if the EIS could come just as the market is in a full rally-that would be something.
