SPD, can this stock be any more crucufied even if news is zero (let alone just under expectations)?
Someone may like to check my figures but at quick glance I make it:
- 298m shares @ 71c = mkt cap 212m
- cash on hand increased by 76m (including recent options)
- less than 136m value for current resources in Ghana (6Moz) and Ivory Coast (1Moz).
- that's AUD136m/7Moz = AUD19.4 per resource oz
or USD109m/7Moz = USD15.6 per resource oz (net of cash)
note: cash could be more, drilling results imminent as well as BFS, no further ST/MT CR/dilution expected, additional financing should be in hand from here, on pathway towards producer status.
As a takeover target someone could "theoretically" pick this up with 7Moz PLUS resources and a bucket full of cash for... what???
Given where this company is right now, what do others think would be a reasonable USD figure per resource oz?
