It is happening cgt2009, I believe IQE now have the substrates in their possession to manufacture the cells and are making them right now is my belief.

This was posted back on the 27 March 2012, three years makes it early 2015, but somehow I think the real target will coincide with Phase Two at Mildura, which I believe is targeted for late 2014?

So we could see some news on Solar Systems shortly (Short Term?)first the completion of Mildura and medium term they take on the rest of the world?
