cmq have got a long hard road ahead of them before they ever become a true turnaround story.
personally i doubt they will ever make it. its not impossible but most people do not comprehend the obstacles they have. for instance, even when the plant eventually reaches nameplate capacity that will not be enough for them to even break even. they will need to rapidly expand the plant at huge costs, more dilution of stock + where are they going to get the finance.
sales are abysmal, this stock is currently a basket case and it was only traders that made it spike a fortnight or so ago.
