Cash in bank is $3.5m
60% of the register is held in the USA which historically carries higher valuations for shells.
CVI has announced it is looking at several deals and the CEO has a good history of getting them done and promoting afterwards.
The sort of projects they discussed are all company makers -all that is happening is that a few guys who follow good promoters are accumulating. I have been loading up on every pullback.
