You mean REMUNERATION, of course, I suppose!?
I am also having my doubts; on the one hand, he is really doing a great job, and deserves a good salary, which will keep him happy and ready to do more;
on the other hand, too much is not good either, as it fosters an attitude not friendly to shareholders.
It seems to me, a middle way should be found. What is this middle way? How much is fair?
