Here I was thinking $365k last year was waaaay too much, $458k this time round? WAAAAAAY too much.
If he feels he deserves more from the success of the company... then there's something called shares to buy from the market.
If he feels he needs an incentive in the form of options to perform at his best... then sack him, he should be working at his best regardless for what I care.
