The good news is, with Perennial out now, there has been a CONFIRMED breakout of the declining triangle. Importantly, confirming that it's a strong, the breakout has coincided with volume.
The overhead resistance is 20 cents.
A closing above this level would be significant and suggest a new uptrend is in motion...
Looks like there's plenty of news in the pipeline to drive the share price as well.
