But we think Perennial is out now. But none of us can be sure without seeing a Top 20. Someone willing to ask the company for one? Legally the company has to supply it to shareholders within 5-7 days or something of submitting a request.

That said, why would there have been 7.3M shares traded that day, unless they were out. It doesn't make sense for them to buy more to push up the share price, just so that they could start selling 7.3M shares again and keep this circus going. Maybe the brokers stepped in and took them out. Perennial was bleeding the share price dry, selling small parcels daily. So if the brokers took them out, they would sell quicker and 'rip the band aid off'.

Who knows...

AL3 has reported two announcements in the last two weeks. That suggests the NEW news cycle has begun folks and Perennial isn't around to sell into the news. Perennial would have sold into every announcement with a small amount of volume and that would defeat the point of announcing the news. If the brokers took the shares off Perennial, they would sell them quicker and we've seen four pretty decent volume days since Perennial sold.

We NOW need a major news piece that can create another multi-million dollar volume trading day and send the share price up 30%+...and into the 20s....

AL3 has the AGM coming up and you'd think they would like something positive to say about the company (i.e. Perennial out, newsflow starting to happen + major contracts immanent, Lightforce progressing well, technology updates nearly done etc).

The risk is that AL3 needs to raise capital by the first quarter of 2022. But considering TTT raised at a 10% discount, we're not worried. Hopefully they have some news to get the share price into the 20-30's before raising again...and then it's up, up, and away with any major deals being signed (i.e. Lightforce) next year.

Management need to rebuild confidence in the share price...

Hopefully they have a plan and the share price replicates the second half of last year soon...
