Your post was very teasing, but can you tell us why you say Gina Rinehart seems to be be looking to build a stake in JMS. Was there a news item, a media report of some sort,...? I did a search but could find nothing recent. What I did learn however is that Ms Rinehart is highly strategic and astute in her investment in resource development projects. Her involvement in JMS would be very telling.
