I think unfortunately some people are selling the heads to fund taking up the rights....
I think that this is a bit short-sighted given that ANDA approval is agonisingly close now, and ACL should be immediately re-valued upon receiving the news... but plenty of people may not be in the position to fund their rights take-up otherwise so I guess it's an easy swap. Sell at 67c and buy them back at 53c.
