Before they announced rights issue the sp was around .057. They offered shareholders heavily discounted spp @ .04. It was stupid of GLF having a SPP during market voliatity times..... but isnt there regulations that a company can discount the sp to certain extent. Besides the shareholders been pi*sed off imagine the institunial investors that took up their holding at .05. I thought ASIC would have regulations in force.... isn't true they cant discount 15-20% greater than share price.
