Badtiming, you appear to be a relative novice, with all the nervousness attached. That's not a bad thing, we all have to start somewhere. You will find plenty of advice from all sorts of fools on these forums, and I have found over the years that the best advice I can offer is not to listen to any of it. Since that excludes my own advice, you may wonder why I am posting, and that's a good question.

Unlike some posters I have a lifetime of experience behind me; property, shares, a gambling addiction. I've won a lot, lost a lot, almost destroyed my marriage in the tech boom, and I'm now on the point of starting a comfortable retirement, mainly because I learned to sort out good advice and ignore the fools. You would do well to visit the OXR forum and read the posts of Goblin. He is the perfect example of someone to ignore; a young fool who thinks he knows everything.

I wish you well in your investing, as I suspect you may be at the younger end of the scale. All my daughters still hold OXR shares which I bought for them sub 60c. Those in a position to buy something else have bought GDR on my recommendation under 50c. They understand, having held OXR, the concept of long term investing and the rewards it brings.

I'll just say that I fully expect their investment in GDR to produce the same sort of return over time. Put them in the drawer, my friend, and don't worry about them. You won't lose money on these at the price you paid. Enjoy the ride!
