Not sure where it would stand legaly.
Directors and the board have certain powers to an extent. I dont think shareholders need to be consulted about sales of property.
We were sure robbed of maybe the best ASX story at the time. Crazy thing is we had enough shareholder support to buy it ourselves but we were not considered.
Not sure what happened to the rest of the crew over the years. There was one clever bloke from Tasmania, accountant from memory..forgotten his nic but I believe he had the nuts to pull it all together.
He may still be cruising around.
