From a colleague of mine.
Phil went to a clothing manufacturer Mercury Brands ( MCB) as CEO. He had an association via Opes I recall. Anyway he stuffed up and was kicked out. They nearly went bust thanks to Phil who had promised them big investors offering cash.. they did not.
No idea where he currently is working. He is not at Rincon. Got confirmation from Sentient Group who purchased Rincon for a song.
Do not forget that Phil still is Chairman of Recycle Fuel Technology in Germany.His Rincon buddies are also on the Board.
