Phil Thomas was still CEO when the Rincon sale was in progress I recall.
Are you sure that the evidence you have does not relate to discussions that took place after Charge Res agreement fell thru?
Are you suggesting that negotiations were taking place with Sentient at the time the Annual Report was being drawn which was before any sale was announced?
What time period? Please share some info?
