KM, in all honesty it would be throwing good money after bad. ASIC are toothless tigers and in terms of the individulas involved, you cant get blood out of a stone.
Was a massive lesson for me as lost $179k of my own cash, and in saying that could have cashed in for alot more than that when it was "running".
My issue is that people like Phil Thomas and Bloomberg get away with what they did, and yet we are supposed to be in a heavy regulated and protected environment.
The current set up with Prior is a fair dinkum joke.....he knows nothing about the business having been to many AGM's and he sat there like a piece of s..t!
